What it looks like

The rebuilding of a third temple in Jerusalem will occur on the Temple Mount area. A Problem: Dome of the Rock and Al Aqsa Mosque located on the Temple Mount. The Sanhedrin’s peace initiative was launched on May 1, 2007. Jewish group devoted to rebuilding Temple in Jerusalem sent letters to all world leaders, including Arab ones, inviting them to take part in project, attend conference on Temple Mount in Israel. In the letter, the rabbis warn that the world is nearing a catastrophe, and write that the only way to bring peace among nations, states, and religions is by building a house for God, where Jews will worship, pray and offer up sacrifice, according to the vision of the prophets.

1 I was given a reed like a measuring rod and was told, "Go and measure the temple of God and the altar, and count the worshipers there. 2 But exclude the outer court; do not measure it, because it has been given to the Gentiles. They will trample on the holy city for 42 months.
The Apostle John was given a vision and a glimpse into the future, specifically the end times. He was told to measure the temple. Today, this temple does not exist, but shortly it will. Today, Gentiles (any person who is not Jewish) have control of the Temple Mount. Two of the Arabs most holy sites, the Dome of the Rock and the Al Asqa mosque, are located on the original temple site and where the Jews will rebuild their sacred temple. I believe the Antichrist will forge a 7 year peace agreement that will allow Israel to rebuild her temple.

In this article... Member of Sanhedrin says sacrifices 'were not possible when the people of Israel were in the Diaspora, but now they are.' Adds: Jerusalem Temple should be rebuilt, Israeli government standing in our way." The "Diaspora" is the decree that God would scatter His people "from one end of the earth to the other end of the earth" Deut 28:64-68. The Great Diaspora occurred after Israel's rejection of her Messiah and has found its fulfillment from 70 AD until 1948, when God re-established the nation. However, 7 prophetic years remain and will begin when Israel makes a covenant with the Antichrist who will ultimately proclaim himself God in the newly rebuilt temple.

Jewish group devoted to rebuilding Temple in Jerusalem to send letters to all world leaders, including Arab ones, inviting them to take part in project, attend conference on Temple Mount in Israel. The Temple is necessary for Daniel's 70th Week to proceed. I look for upcoming peace negotiations to include permission for the Jewish nation to build a third temple on the Temple Mount. Some believe the temple will be a completely new structure. Others say the structure could be quite small, as simple as an altar for animal sacrifices.
In February '07 "the present-day Sanhedrin Court decided Tuesday to purchase a herd of sheep for ritual sacrifice at the site of the Temple on the eve of Passover, conditions on the Temple Mount permitting. Professor Hillel Weiss, a member of the Sanhedrin, told Haaretz on Tuesday that the action, even if merely symbolic, is designed to demonstrate in a way that is obvious to all that the expectation of Temple rituals will resume is real, and not just talk." This is absolutely anything but talk! Multiple Prophecy Signs teach us that the starting point of the Great Tribulation can be clearly established and it coincides with the desecration of the temple by the Antichrist in the Middle of Daniel's 70th week.
Daniel 9:27 (NIV)
27 He will confirm a covenant with many for one 'seven.' In the middle of the 'seven' he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on a wing [of the temple] he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him".
The Sanhedrin is the name given in the mishna to the council of seventy-one Jewish sages who constituted the supreme court and legislative body in Judea during the Roman period. It continued to function for more than four hundred years after the destruction of the Temple and there have been several orthodox attempts to re-establish it since that time. Today, the Sanhedrin has been reestablished.
Possible location of the Second Temple
The Radbaz, Rabbi David ben Zimra, (1479 - 1573), one of the Torah giants of all generations, when questioned as to the site upon which the Holy Temple stood - he answered in great detail. His vivid description of existing structures found on the Temple Mount, some of which are still standing today, and his clear answers concerning where one may approach the site of the Temple, form a halachic basis for all who go up to the Temple Mount today. If this were to be the location of the third temple, the location of the Dome of the Rock would be problematic.
The Ark's Whereabouts?
The Ark of the Covenant resided in the Holy of Holies, the innermost room of the Tabernacle. Access was only permitted once per year, on the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur). Access was restricted to one person only, the high priest. He had to come into the Holy of Holies with the blood of a goat, on behalf of his own and the people of Israel's sins. The contents of the ark include the two stone tablets of the Law, Aaron's rod that budded. and the golden pot of 'hidden' manna. It's location is a mystery that remains to be solved as the last days approach.

Fasten your seatbelt everyone. Ynet reports that Olmert would also be willing to discuss joint control over the Temple Mount complex. This is the first time I have read about the Temple Mount in the ongoing peace discussions and it's exactly what I 
have been waiting to see. If these new talks are leading up to the seven year agreement prophesied by Daniel 9:27, it was only a matter of time. The discussions while not stop at 'control.' Someone will introduce the idea of rebuiding the Temple - and I believe it will be front page news across the globe.

The blue coat, or me'il techelet as it is called in the Torah, sports 72 golden bells alternating with 72 pomegranates attached around its hem, woven of blue, purple, and scarlet wool.
In the near future, the Institute plans to embark on another major project: the production and supplying of the Torah-specified white garments of the ordinary priests for every male Jewish descendant of Aaron. "Every Kohen from all over the world, will be given the opportunity to register and order his own uniform so that he can be ready to serve in the rebuilt Holy Temple," Richman said. From my perspective, plans for service in the rebuilt temple are progressing steadily.
